Why does Sentai sometimes ask me to give yes/no answers?

This helps Sentai work out the best way to respond to a situation, e.g. 'would you like to add something else to your shopping list' allows you to keep adding items to your shopping list - or 'do you need human help' sets off the emergency notifications and procedures.
