Using Sentai chat is very simple for relatives, carers and Sentai user.
As an app user, select Chat and chat like you are using messages, SMS, text or WhatsApp.
For the Sentai user, Sentai will announce the message, relay the message, ask if the message has been heard and finally ask if they have a response.
All this information is then available in the app chat screen and activity feed.
