      Why didn't I receive the verification code email?

      Possible reasons:

      • You entered an incorrect email address during the registration.
      • The email with the verification code landed into your spam/junk folder.
      • The email has been blocked by a firewall.
      Please check your spam/junk folder. If the verification code is not there, make sure you entered the correct email address during the registration. If nothing helps, please raise a support ticket, and we will assist you.
